NO MORE saggy jaw | No Double chin | without surgery

Hello everyone. How true is it to achieve a sharp jawline without breaking the bank to get surgeries or putting on makeup to get rid of the double chin? It’s honestly not that big deal. Anyone and everyone can get it if you follow these simple steps for about 2 weeks continuously and then alternatively.Let’s start by understanding the concept of a double chin. When a thick layer of fat, in particular, called as a subcutaneous fat gathers around the neck mainly below the chin, a double chin is formed. In today’s scenario, we can perform surgeries to remove this pad. But these surgeries always come with some risk.

Here are some great and simple tricks to fix the double chin in a few days.

  • The simplest trick is to keep chewing gum. And when I say keep chewing, I mean until your jaw feels tired. It’s a proof that the jaw muscle works out and the results will be visible soon. Also, make sure you are chewing a sugar-free gum.
  • This is another quick trick. All you need to do is chew your food longer. This not only will improve digestion but also make those jaw muscles look amazing. You can also notice this in slow eaters they have an amazing jaw with no double chins.
  • This is probably the most common one. Working out. It helps in losing excess fat from your face, making the jawline look sharper and more elegant. There are some specific exercises which involves movement of facial muscles and gives you that perfect jaw.

  • Limiting the number of calories you consume can also help in losing excess fat from the face. Rather than snacking on chips and fatty foods, eat more fruits and add fibre in your diet.

  • Last but not the least. This one is my favorite. Just stretch the lower part of mouth outwards (front) and you will instantly feel slight pain. This is another great exercise which can bring fast results.
