It is of a darkest black colour, dries matte and looks stunning. I prefer brush applicators over any other because they are easy to work with. And you can easily create BOLD and CLASSIC looks. Also, trending winged eyeliner can be easily achieved with this precision brush tip. It’s definitely one of the best eyeliner I have used.
