MY TAKE ON THIS/FINAL VERDICT
What we expect from an eye makeup remover that it should melt the makeup like the hot knife melts butter. Also, it should be gentle enough to remove makeup from sensitive eyes. I am not a fan of this makeup remover. It stings my eyes and yet it does not remove waterproof mascara and eyeliner. Sometimes it feels like I am removing make up with water. It seems to do nothing. This is my opinion. It may work for you. However, I love the camomile cleansing butter from The Body Shop.
