Hello everyone!! How are you all? Today I will discuss a much-hyped thing these days. Yes!! I am talking about Facial Rollers (Rose quartz roller). All the beauty enthusiasts are going crazy for rollers(Jade rollers and Rose quartz rollers).
A little disclaimer before starting I am not an expert on all this. All knowledge I have is either from my healer or google.😂😂
WHAT IS ROSE QUARTZ ROLLER?
The Rose Quartz Facial Roller is an incredible tool for inner and outer beauty. Facial rolling is relaxing and de-stressing. It’s been a beauty ritual since ancient times in China, dating all the way back to the 7th century. Physically, it helps to firm the look of skin through gentle massage. HOW TO USE IT
- Start in the centre of the forehead and roll firmly, yet gently, Outward 3-4 Times.
- Go back to the centre of the forehead and roll in the opposite direction 3-4 Times.
- Use the same technique on the cheeks and jawline.
- Use the smaller end to improve lymphatic drainage around the eyes helping with dark circles and puffiness.
- Press lightly in the inner corner of the eye and roll outward to reduce puffiness.
METHODS TO USE IT
- You can use it on your face alone or with serum, cream and oils.
- When used without anything it helps in boosting blood circulation, bring radiance and glow, helps reduce puffiness around the eyes and also reduces dark circles.
- When applied with creams and serums it allows for better penetration of the product.
- You can also use your roller over a sheet mask.
DO’S
- Gently massage all over your forehead, cheeks and neck with the wide roller end.
- Use the smaller end for undereyes, eyes and nose fold area.
- Light pressure is enough.
- Ideally should be used twice a day.
Tip: Place the roller in the refrigerator before use for extra cooling effects.
DONT’S
- Don’t use any fancy product to wash it. Use only plain water to wash it.
- Dry it as soon as possible after you wash it. As water can corrode the metal which holds the crystal.
CLEANING AND CHARGING OF CRYSTALS
It’s advisable to cleanse and charge a crystal from time to time. It’s easy you can cleanse and charge it by any of the following methods –
- Keep it under running water for around 2-3 mins, dry it and keep it under the sun or full moon to get charged.
- You can use a smudge stick to cleanse all the negative energies the rollers have absorbed and then wash it with plain water and keep it under the sun or full moon.
- Keep it in dry rock salt, Himalayan rock salt overnight, wash it in the morning and keep it under the sun.
- Throw away the salt as it absorbs all negative energies from the crystal.
- Do the cleaning in the daytime and put it under full moonlight. (This is the most advisable practice).
WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO CLEAN AND CHARGE THE CRYSTAL?
- We want our crystals to be operating at their highest possible level, or to be balanced, so that is why it’s important to be cleansing them of any ‘low vibes’.
- Because of its own positive vibes and innate property to absorb negative energies. Once saturated it can’t do its role well. So cleansing and charging always help.
WHEN TO CLEAN AND CHARGE THE CRYSTAL?
- After someone else has touched them.
- You’ve had guests over your space.
- You’ve taken them out with you.
- On Full moon night.
- You just have this gut feeling you should.
WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF NOT CHARGING THE CRYSTAL FOR LONG?
- It will not do as good as it can.
- If it is over saturated it might break.
WHERE TO BUY?
I will only recommend buying it from an authentic source. Many fake sellers are selling it on Amazon or Instagram. Beware of fraud sellers. Because a fake piece of stone will not help you in any way.

PRICE
It varies from seller to seller or from where(can be imported) they are getting the roller for you. I got mine for 1000 INR in August when some offers were going on.
MY TAKE ON THIS/FINAL VERDICT
Patience is the key. Don’t expect miracles to happen overnight.
I immediately fell in love with Rose Quartz roller. When I came across a picture of it on Instagram( Thanks to Certified Organic Skincare Formulator Utkarshini’s Stories). I store my facial roller in the fridge, and the cooling sensation it gives is probably the best for reducing the puffiness of the eyes. And it is the most soothing way to calm and relax.
Consistent use of a facial roller has left my skin feeling brighter, smoother and looking clearer while working wonders on my under eye puffiness and dark circles. The difference I love the most is a subtle glow on my face(Good skincare is also paying off 🙄). Of course, none of this works if you’re not doing it properly.
You have to try it to experience the change in your heart and on the face.
NOTE:- You need to keep up a balance between good diet and good skin care routine. If you think massaging this roller alone will give you results then please don’t buy it.
