MY TAKE ON THIS
I love everything about this eyeliner except its very thick consistency. It is smudge-proof, and it doesn’t move at all. Water doesn’t affect it you can go swimming after wearing this and it will not move. It can’t be wiped off with water; You need a good eye makeup remover to get rid of this eyeliner. It is of a darkest black colour, dries matte and looks stunning. I prefer brush applicators over any other because they are easy to work with. It’s definitely one of the best eyeliner I have used.
